Practice Areas
The firm represents businesses, contractors, partnerships, and property owners in a variety of litigation matters, including:
- Business and commercial disputes
- Breach of contract claims
- Partnership and shareholder disputes
- Fraud and business tort litigation

- Contractor disputes
- Debt collection and recovery matters
- Negotiation and dispute resolution
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Develop case strategy alongside firm leadership
- Assist with trial preparation and litigation management
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in California or eligible for admission
- Open to attorneys ranging from newly licensed through approximately 7 years of experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Interest or experience in business litigation, commercial litigation, or real estate disputes
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small-team environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $200,000, depending on experience
